Thank you so much for seeking information about SAIL ~ hopefully for the purpose of serving your family and your child.  S.A.I.L. is the BEST!!! 

 

Feel free to call for an appointment ~ 419.537.SAIL ~ to see each of our sites, SAIL-Great Lakes, SAIL-Lake Erie, and SAIL-Lake Superior. 

 

กค        SAIL-Great Lakes serves toddlers, preschoolers, and very young children needing early and intensive, ABA, intervention services;

กค        SAIL- Lake Erie and SAIL- Lake Superior sites are Inclusion sites and serve Kindergarten and early elementary age-children;

กค        All SAIL services at all SAIL sites are one-one ~ full day!!! 

 

On the SAIL website, you will find (a) links to informational documents and (b) all the forms you need to apply to S.A.I.L., i.e., School for Autistically Impaired Learners.

 

You may submit your Initial SAIL Application on-line OR feel free to mail the Initial SAIL Application and all other completed documents to SAIL at: 3740 Cavalear Drive, Toledo, Ohio 43606 ~ c/o Dr. Marion Boss, Administrative Director.  

 

The School/Services for Autistically Impaired Learners, SAIL, is a researched-based program serving families with toddlers, preschool and early elementary school age children medically diagnosed with autism, pervasive developmental disorders (PDD), or behaviors within the autistic spectrum disorders (ASD).  SAIL also serves children suspected with behaviors within the ASD. 

 

The goal of SAIL is to provide individualized, one to one, developmental instruction suggested by the National Academy of Sciences, National Research Council, to toddlers and preschool children with ASD. SAIL enhances maximum growth in cognitive, sensory, social, emotional, physical, functional language-communication, and aesthetic domains.
